It was a bright, crisp November day at Pine Peak’s Event Center as they prepared for their long-awaited wedding. Tiffeny and Matthew chose a candle light service surrounded by their closest family and friends to share their “I Do’s” in Pine Peak’s cozy pavilion.
A perfect Minnesota sunset was the backdrop across the rolling hills of the private country estate.
The celebration continued when Wes and Tony greeting the guests at Maucieri’s Bar in the fireside room. Soon after, Kate and Chef Brian and their fabulous team at Maucieri’s Catering rocked the wedding feast! The guests are still talking about the fabulous food and service. They started with a Caesar Salad and fresh bread, Sicilian green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, chicken parmesan and Chef Brian’s specialty 26-hour roasted prime rib. OMG!
Deandre of Premier Entertainment DJed fabulous music all night and hosted a photo booth, which the couple will cherish as their guest book. As a late night snack, Maucieri’s treated the guests to homemade pizzas baked in Pine Peak’s very own Mugnaini Wood Fired Oven. Many guests also enjoyed the roaring fire with s’mores at the fire pit.
